Cancelling an order before dispatch
There is no problem cancelling your order as long as you let us know before it has been dispatched. Get in touch as soon as possible with your order number and we will stop the parcel from leaving our facility. Once cancelled, your funds will be refunded to you in full — 100% of what you paid.
After your order has been dispatched
Unfortunately, once a parcel has left us we are unable to cancel it. At that point the order is with the courier and outside of our control, so a cancellation request received after dispatch cannot be honoured. Please contact us at the earliest opportunity to give us the best chance of stopping the shipment in time.
How to request a cancellation
Email us at info@buyretauk.com with your order number and a brief note. Same-day dispatch is 3pm GMT, so cancellations sent well before that cut-off are the most likely to be actioned before the parcel is collected.
