Orders & Shipping
How quickly will my order arrive in the UK?+
Anything ordered before 3pm GMT leaves our UK facility the same working day. Most addresses see delivery within 1–2 working days, and a tracking link is emailed as soon as the parcel is collected by the courier.
Do you ship outside the UK?+
We dispatch to the EU and a number of other international destinations. Transit times and shipping costs depend on the address, and overseas parcels are subject to the import rules of the destination country.
What exactly comes in the box?+
You receive the lyophilised vials listed on the product page — nothing more. Reconstitution supplies, syringes and other lab consumables are not included unless a specific listing says otherwise.
I entered the wrong delivery address — can it be changed?+
Once a parcel has been handed to the courier we can only re-send it if it makes its way back to us. The fastest fix is usually to contact the local Royal Mail depot to redirect, or arrange mail forwarding at the address on the label.
Something is missing or incorrect in my order.+
Get in touch right away with your order reference. If we picked the order wrong, we will dispatch the correct stock at our expense — accuracy at the bench matters to us.
My vial arrived damaged in transit.+
Please email us your order number, a short note describing the damage and a clear photo. A replacement will be queued for dispatch as soon as we have the details.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an unwanted product?+
Because these are research-grade compounds, returns aren't something we can accept once a parcel leaves us. That said, if anything is wrong with your order we want to hear about it — we will work with you to put it right.
How do refunds work?+
Each refund request is reviewed individually by our team. To keep things moving, include your order number, a clear description of what went wrong, and any supporting photos when you contact us.

What level of purity should I expect?+
Every compound we sell is tested by an independent laboratory and released only at 99% purity or higher. The matching Certificate of Analysis is published on the product page so you can review it before you order.
Do you provide handling or dosing guidance?+
No. Our materials ship for laboratory research only, so we don't publish or supply handling protocols. All compounds should be used by trained personnel within an appropriately equipped lab setting.
Are these peptides safe for human use?+
No. Everything in our catalogue is supplied strictly for scientific research. Nothing we sell is intended — or approved — for human or veterinary administration, ingestion or self-experimentation.
